Sea Bream, Sustainably Farmed (1 x Whole Fish 300-400g)

Our sustainably farmed whole Sea Bream can be poached, steamed or fried and has a distinctive sweet taste with a delicate texture. Best cooked with flavours that are not too overpowering. We like to do ours a tray bake with very thinly sliced potatoes, black olives, garlic, cherry tomatoes, onion, a sliced red pepper and a really good splash of olive oil and a pinch of oregano. Whilst wild, south west coast sea bream supply is irregular due to overfishing, our sustainably caught farmed sea bream fillets are available all year round and from specialist Mediterranean farms that follow the highest standards of aquaculture and offer the same quality and texture as wild sea bass.
