ANKLE WEIGHTS – From 0.5 to 2.5 of weight The series of Ankle Weights (also called anklets), available in pairs from 0.5 to 2.5 Kg, has been completely redesigned, adopting a new type of high resistance nylon and unique coloring. Due to their unaltered softness, they can be comfortably wrapped around the ankles and wrists. The Velcro closure makes them easy to adjust and adhere to, minimizing the effect of abrasion on the skin. The model code 0940, that includes a pair of 0.5 Kg ankle weights, is, for size and weight, excellent to use on the wrists. Weights ranging from 1 to 2.5 Kg are instead mainly used on the ankles. To complete this series, we have added the model code 0949 (5 Kg x 2) that, because of the high weight, is produced in an adjustable version. Their weight can be changed by adding or removing the ten cylindrical weight pads from their pockets. Ankle weights help intensify your cardio and plyometric training. They are also great for functional workouts, improving muscular endurance, strength training, and toning.
