3000L Agricultural Vacuum Tanker

CHASSIS: Fully welded agricultural styled site tow T-frame trailer, finished in hot-dip galvanising. Complete with stand plate for the engine and pump and an additional front plate for the battery box. Options to have extended chassis with extra stand plates for additional equipment available upon request. AXLE/SUSPENSION: Agricultural style Single solid beam axle fitted with heavy duty 6 stud 205mm pcd hubs fitted with taper roller bearings, suitable for up to 4 tonne. WHEELS AND TYRES: 2 No 10.75″ x 15.3″ Floatation tyres on 6 stud rims COUPLING: 2″ weld on ring eye ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT: Agricultural screw leg, 12v battery in battery box, other equipment can be added as optional extras including Moulded mudguards, mud flaps, rear support stand, Side reflectors, front reflectors, lighting systems. TANK: Cylindrical steel shaped tank complete with dished ends and 2 baffles inside the tank. As the vacuum tanker range is bespoke to suit the customers requirements, meaning there are options for additional outlets which can be manufactured into a variety of sizes. As standard this vacuum tanker will come with a 18″ man lid, 2″ inlet at top of tank, 3″ outlet at base of the tank and three sight glasses at the front of the tank. This is a single tank vacuum tanker, however all vacuum tankers are also available with the option to be manufactured in a split tank combination. PUMP: MEC2000 powered by a choice of engines. Trailer Engineering’s standard engine options to power this vacuum pump are Diesel Yanmar L100 or a Petrol Honda GX270. If you require more suction on this 3000 litre vacuum tanker then larger pumps and engine combinations can also be fitted to this tank upon request. FINISH: Steel Agricultural spec Chassis and Tank comes galvanised as standard with options to also add any other paint colours. There is also options to upgrade the tank to stainless steel which can be finished in self colour or any paint colour.
