3000 Litre Vacuum Tanker C/W 2″ Centrifugal Trash Pump

This 3000 litre vacuum tanker has been designed for collecting flood water that is contaminated with hydraulic oil in the water, coolant in DI water (Deionized water) and Soluble oil. To do this there is a mec2000 vacuum pump powered by a Yanmar L100v electric start diesel engine that collects the waste contaminated water via a 2″ suction wand that has 15m of tiger tail suction hose and quick release connector to extend hose where needed. There is 2 x hose storage brackets fitted on this vacuum tank 1 x for the 15m of tiger tail hose and 1 x for the 10m of 2″ armovin discharge hose. The vacuum tanker is also fitted with a diesel Yanmar electric start 2″ trash pump on a rear engine plate for discharging the contaminated water. This 2″ trash pump has been fitted with upgraded Buna seals for the capability of pumping hydraulic oil, coolant, etc. The 2″ Yanmar trash pump has 24m max head, (approximately running at 400LPM when pumping at 9m head). On the discharge end of this vacuum tanker the rear of the tank has a been fitted with a 2″ outlet that has 2 x 2″ ball valve’s 1 x is to isolate the outlet feed of the tank and the other is to control the direction of discharge to either feed the trash pump or to discharge at a 2″ outlet. Safety features on this 3000L vacuum tanker include 1 x pressure relief valve (PRV) set at 5PSI, 1 x vacuum relief valve, a primary overfill protection and a secondary overfill protection as well as a pressure clock gauge. There is also a oil mist and odour separating filter system fitted to the tank. The trailer for this 3000 L vacuum tank is a agricultural styled chassis that has a 4000kg gross weight and a tow height of 14″. The trailer is equipped with 2 x chock blocks and holders as well as mudguards. There is also a 2″ ring eye for towing from and a heavy duty wind down leg on the front of the chassis. This trailer is a site tow trailer with lighting board that is protected inside a recessed channel.
