1000 Litre Portable Toilet Vacuum Tanker

TRAILER CHASSIS: The vacuum tankers trailer chassis is constructed from 100 x 50 RSC fully welded with front standing plate that is fitted with a front cabinet and the chassis is of a ‘A’ frame drawbar. All finished in Hot dip galvanised. TRAILER AXLE/SUSPENSION: Single Knott-Avonride 1500kg torsion beam axle fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes. TRAILER WHEELS AND TYRES: 2 No 185 x 13 x 8 ply radial tyres. 4 stud 51⁄2”pcd rims. COUPLING: Knott-Avonride 2000kg posibrake over run auto reverse c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & can be fitted with either 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball. VACUUM TANKER’S COUPLING: There is a Knott-Avonride 2000kg posibrake coupling with over run auto reverse and comes c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & either 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball coupling head. ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT: The trailer is fitted with Moulded mudguards, mud flaps, telescopic front jockey wheel, Side reflectors, front reflectors, full road lighting c/w 13 pin plug. VACUUM TANK: The vacuum tanker’s tank is cylindrical in design complete with dished ends either end of the tank. This vacuum tank in particular is a single tank with a capacity of holding 1000 litres of waste. There are also options to have a split tank design meaning there are 2 tanks in 1, with a variety of capacity options for either side of the tank. Split vacuum tanks are usually designed for one waste tank and a clean water tank for washdown or toilet flush top up capability. As standard this 1000 litre vac tank is manufactured from mild steel and has the option to be either, painted with primer and top coat or the tank can be galvanised and finished as a galvanised tank. For an additional cost there is also the option to galvanise the tank and finish it in a painted colour aswell. Upon request stainless steel vacuum tankers can be manufactured also. PUMP: MEC2000 vacuum pump as standard and can be powered by either petrol Honda or diesel Yanmar options. Choice of vacuum pump sizes can be arranged if you’d prefer more or less suction capability. Other engine makes can also be arranged upon request and there is also a possibility of manufacturing an electric powered unit. FINISH: Vacuum Tank Finish- Painted or Galvanised options as well as the choice to have both galvanised and then painted tank finish. All painted vacuum tanks are Primer and two top coats of single British Standard colour. Galvanised Trailer Chassis with optional extra of a painted trailer finish.
